This app is absolutely usefull for any Eva Airways frequent flyer. It is easy to use and brings many info for planning your travel or ger informed of the latests hot fares.

the GUI is a bit old fashioned but thats not a big deal. However, Apple passbook/wallet is specified as compatible on the App store whereas its NOT - or my eyes played me a trick during my 30 minutes search (!?) Margin for improvement

Very glad that EVA Air has finally launched its official smartphone app! This is very useful and beautifully designed. Will definitely support Taiwanese EVA Air :)

I love Eva air, and travel with Eva a lot. This app is really useful for me. just have few suggestions The starting animation is cool, but I personally think its not necessary. It takes too long to launch the app. And since the menu bar at bottom is same as the home page, why not just remove the home page? I personally dont think a same home pages is that necessary. But over all, the app looks very good and useful.

Great app for a great airline! Very user friendly, and allows you to keep track of your flights and itinerary, as well as book and change tickets from your mobile device. Attractive layout and easy to navigate!

The app crashes every time I try to open it.

Please find a UI designer to redo all the user interface

The apps loading time between screens is unbelievably slow. They should not even exist, let alone be as slow as a turtle crawling at a snails pace.

It’s perfect app now. There is nothing to complain.

It only performs a tiny fraction of features EVA website can do. Among what it can do, it behaves unprofessionally. 1. I failed to do online checkin on the app, while I can do so successfully from a PC. When I travel, I may not have access to a PC, I really want to check in online from iPhone. I can do online check-in from united airlines app, but not this Evaair app. 2. To observe flight status, I need to reenter flight number every time I reopen the app. Why not remember my previous entry?

there is a notification popped up all the time for no reason. could you guys tell me how to cancel it? annoying

Broken after last update. Search to book flight results in a blank white page.

Come on dont put in all those unnecessary design! This is suppose to be a simple airline app to help people save time while booking their tickets! With this stupid updates it took me forever to pick my date, choose my desire time (I dont know where to click after picking the time)! I couldnt even book my tickets for crying out loud!!! I must say, this app is all mess up (yet the new Eva desktop site is the same, you cant even pick an open return date) awesome !!!
